Maribel was a beautiful, sweet sabino chestnut mare.  We lost her on 5/24/07 to a bad intestinal twist.  She had very nice conformation and movement that took your breath away.  She was an excellent mother; very patient, sweet and protective - she would let anyone handle her foal.  She was with us for less than 2 years, but she made a lasting mark in our lives and in our hearts.  She left behind a 3 week old colt, who was lucky enough to be adopted by one of our other broodmares.  Rest in peace, sweet Belle.  We will miss you!
